Vitamin therapies
Vitamin Therapies
Intramuscular vitamin injections in clinic. Appointments usually take about 30 minutes, with a short check and aftercare advice included. Intravenous drips are available separately under the same Vitamin Therapies offering.

How it works
What intramuscular vitamin therapy is
A clinic appointment for general wellbeing, not medical treatment.
Intramuscular (IM) vitamin injections put nutrients into muscle tissue, so they skip the digestive system. People often book them as part of a general wellbeing routine when they want something done in clinic rather than taken as tablets.
Appointments usually take about 30 minutes: a short suitability check, the injection, and aftercare advice before you leave.

Spotlight: Vitamin B12
A closer look at our most requested intramuscular vitamin injection.
Vitamin B12 supports red blood cell production, energy metabolism, mood, focus, and nervous system health.
Deficiency still needs a medical assessment. Plenty of people also book B12 injections as part of a general wellbeing routine when they notice things like:
- Low energy or fatigue
- Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
- Mood fluctuations
- Poor sleep or low resilience to stress
- Immune system support
- Demanding lifestyles or restricted diets
A useful starting point
Test before you supplement
Knowing your baseline can make nutrient support more targeted.
Many people choose to check markers such as B12, folate, vitamin D and iron stores before starting a wellbeing routine. A private blood test can help you understand your baseline and decide what, if anything, you would like to explore next.
