Hours & cancellation
Clinic hours: Monday 9:00am-7:00pm; Tuesday 9:00am-7:00pm; Wednesday 9:30am-7:00pm; Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm; Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. Weekends: limited availability on request.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, and no-shows, are charged at 50% of the service fee (more if products were specially ordered in), plus a £20 admin fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
