Booking & appointments
No. You can book directly with HB Phlebotomy. No GP referral is required for our private services.
The simplest way is to message us on WhatsApp or email. Tell us which service you’re interested in and a few preferred times, and we’ll confirm your appointment. You can also use the Book now button throughout the site.
We’re at The Vibe Studio, Station Road, Bluntisham, Cambridgeshire, PE28 3PA. Opening hours vary by day; see the contact page or footer for the full schedule. Weekends have limited availability on request.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, and no-shows, are charged at 50% of the service fee (more if products were specially ordered in), plus a £20 admin fee. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
Yes. We offer a free 30-minute discovery call so you can explore whether health coaching is right for you before committing to a package.
Blood tests & results
We use accredited UK laboratories for blood testing. If you’d like more detail about a specific test or laboratory pathway, please contact the clinic and we’ll advise you.
Results come back securely with a short written wellbeing summary. We can also forward your lab report to your GP or a private consultant if you wish.
Where appropriate, results can be assessed against functional rather than standard reference ranges, which can give a more useful view of nutrient status and wellbeing. This is for general wellbeing and educational support; it is not a medical diagnosis.
Some tests may require preparation such as fasting; others do not. We’ll confirm any specific instructions when you book. If you’re unsure, contact us before your appointment.
Turnaround depends on the specific tests ordered and the laboratory. We’ll give you a realistic expectation when you book, and you can contact us if you have a deadline (for example, sharing results with a consultant).
Vitamin therapies
We offer intramuscular injections including Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), B-Complex, Biotin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and Glutathione, plus courses and bundles for better value. IV drips such as Vitamin C and NAD+ are also available.
Vitamin IM injection appointments typically take around 30 minutes, including time for a brief consultation and aftercare advice.
No. Intramuscular and intravenous nutrient therapies are offered for general wellness only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any disease or disorder. If you have medical concerns or symptoms, please consult your GP or a qualified medical practitioner.
Yes. For example, a course of five Vitamin B12 injections is available with a “pay for 4, get 1 free” offer, and there are B-Complex courses and paired bundles. See the services pages for current pricing.
Safety & regulation
HB Phlebotomy & Health by Hollie is led by a biomedical scientist with over 15 years’ experience in healthcare and laboratory settings.
Yes. We are fully insured for all services offered.
We are not currently a CQC-registered provider. CQC registration is being applied for and will be added once approved. We maintain strict infection control and clinical safety standards, clear consent processes, and aftercare information for every service.
No. Our services are for general wellbeing, lifestyle support, and educational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, and our guidance is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult your GP or a qualified medical practitioner if you have medical concerns.
