Why it matters
Correct sample handling protects your results
Laboratory analysis depends on the sample arriving in the right condition. Small handling errors can invalidate results, so preparation is part of what we do, not an afterthought.
A blood sample is only as reliable as the way it is collected, processed, and transported. Delays before processing, the wrong collection tube, or serum that has not been centrifuged when required can all affect whether your laboratory can produce valid results.
At HB Phlebotomy, sample preparation is built into the service, whether you are an individual with a private test kit or a clinic sending samples for analysis. Every step follows clinical safety standards, with clear consent and aftercare information provided.
